BSC Basketball CoachesThanks to all of you for the time and hard work that you put into making our program the best in the state and one of the best in the country. Baltimore Stars is not just a basketball program, but an academic and life skills program. More importantly, we are family. We have finally been recognized for our formula for success, which is nurturing our youth through the pipeline of academics and basketball.

Marked success has been shown by the Stars having one of its best AAU and summer seasons in the past seven years. Additionally, we have approximately ten senior players this year that will sign Division 1 letters of intent and all other seniors signing either Division 2 or 3 letters. This is powerful! Great thing are happening and are on the horizon. I am certain that with continued efforts we will improve and prevail.

It has now become increasingly important that we maintain our dominance. We must improve our deficiencies and move forward. Special emphasis on recruiting for various age groups is a must. Recruitment is crucial to our program’s development; especially as it relates to sponsorships, grants, high school placement, and our continued existence within the AAU League. Please let’s strive to bring our enrollment to total capacity.

Finally I want personally thank each and every one of you for staying in the fight, going the distance and making personal sacrifices with your families. You have extended yourselves way beyond the call of duty. I’m honored to be on your team and I am proud of all of you. Keep up the good work, and let’s continue to improve our program in every way possible.

Remember “We build Character!”
Yours in hoops
